I recommend using all organic ingredients when possible.
4-6 hours on High; 8-10 Hours on Low
10 Cloves Garlic Peeled & Minced
1 Small Bell Pepper- diced
1 Medium Yellow Onion- sliced
1 Lb. New Heirloom Potatoes
1 Lb. Baby Carrots
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
1 Lb. Grass Fed Beef or Bison Stew Meat
1 box (64 oz.) Gluten Free Beef Stock.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
In large slow cooker combine all ingredients and stir. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Check seasoning before serving.
