Artichoke Spinach & Kale Dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 Cup Organic Baby Spinach

1 Cup Organic Baby Kale

1 jar (6 ounces) Plain Artichoke Hearts

3/4 Cup Full Fat Greek Yogurt or Goats Milk Yogurt

1/4 Cup Avocado Oil Mayo

1/2-3/4 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan

4 Cloves of Garlic


Roughly Chop Spinach, Kale, and Artichokes.

In mixing bowl combine: Yogurt, Mayo, Parmesan and Minced Garlic. Fold in chopped spinach, kale, and artichoke hearts.

Pour into stone baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and top begins to brown.


Serve with Organic Veggies, Chips, and Crackers.
